2-phase harvest system for wide tube nets.
For digging up wide tube netts beside the 1-phase harvest system, there is also a 2-phase harvest system deliverable. This system exists from a stock harvest machine and a look up/cutting machine.
1st phase:
The stock harvest machine treats the bed to prepare for the harvest by using mills or jacks. The chisel set in combination with harvest conveyor transports the netting up. The patented netting guide line ensures that the ground falls off the net. Afterwards the net is put back on the ground.
2e phases:
The search cutting machine takes up the net and transports the net to the operator of the machine. There the net is cut open and bulbs and net are separated from each other. The net is rolled up and the bulbs are removed by means of the role cleaner to the box. The role cleaner ensures the screening of loose ground.
